Q: How are referral payments calculated
A: Axele will pay the Referrer the value of two months subscription from the referred client, up to a maximum of $500. For example, if you refer a friend and their monthly subscription is $200, then you would receive $400. If you refer a friend and their monthly subscription is $300, you would receive the $500 maximum referral incentive.
Q: Is there a limit to the Axele referral program?
A: There is no limit to the amount of money you can earn, or the quantity of referrals submitted. For example, if you refer 6 friends a month at an average subscription cost of $250 a month, you can make $33,000 a year!
Q: How do I submit a referral?
A: Referrals must be submitted through the Customer Referral Form on the Axele website. Referrals received via telephone or email are not eligible for incentive rewards.
Q: What counts as a qualifying purchase?
A: The referred friend must have at least one driver and one web user and subscribe to Axele Pro in order to be eligible. Axele Free subscriptions are not eligible for referral incentives.
Q: What are the eligibility requirements?
A: To be eligible for a referral reward, you must:
- Submit the referral through the Customer Referral form
- Submit the referral before they are engaged with the Axele sales team
- Ensure your company policy permits acceptance of referral rewards
- Be over 18 years old
Q: Someone I referred made a purchase! When will I receive my reward?
A: Reward payments are processed after your referred friend has completed 60 days’ worth of paid Axele Pro service. Because many customers first begin with a 30-day free trial, most referral rewards are paid shortly after the 90-day mark. If your friend enters into a prepaid annual agreement, the 60-day requirement is considered met upon prepayment.
Customer referrals are reviewed at the beginning of each month. If your referral is approved for a reward, we will reach out via email before we send the physical gift card.

Q: My referral wasn’t approved for a reward. Why?
A: There are a number of reasons why a referral may have been disqualified, including:
Your referred colleague was already engaged with the Axele sales team
Your referred colleague did not purchase an annual agreement or hasn’t completed the 60-day subscriber requirement
- If you believe your referral was mistakenly disqualified, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Axele has sole discretion to determine whether to grant a referral reward.
- Individuals may not refer their own company.
- Referrals are reviewed when the referred account is 60 days post-purchase, and rewards are sent within 90 days of a qualifying purchase.
- This offer is subject to cancellation at any time.
